I joined the Runner’s World Summer Run Streak Challenge to run at least one mile a day from today, Memorial Day, through July 4–40 consecutive days. I’m already running five days a week, so on my two off days I’ll only need to run one mile to continue the streak.
To join the challenge, I had to create a Map My Fitness account. I’m still learning it, but I like it so far. I had no idea how far I walk the dog each day!
